Biological Terrain Assessment

The Biological Terrain Assessment (BTA), is a laboratory  test that  is a quick, easy, in-office assessment of your saliva, urine, and blood. It provides valuable information about underlying biochemistry of your body.

In BTA, each specimen listed below is analyzed to determine acid/alkaline balance (pH), oxidative stress (rh2), and mineral content (r):

Saliva:  represents digestive function

Urine:  represents elimination

Blood: represents cellular integrity as well as levels of toxic load.

These three factors (pH, rh2, r) are indicators of the nature and process of an individual's unique biochemistry and provide information regarding the status of the patient's enzymes, amino acids, and other vital building blocks of life.

The nine values measured are analyzed and plotted on a variety of reports by the testing software.  With this data, your health   care  practitioner  will  take  this information to create an individual program designed specifically for you.  The program may include nutritional counseling, vitamin and mineral supplements, homeopathic products, herbs or exercise recommendations based on your body and your individual biochemistry.

The pH measurement can indicate whether or not your biochemistry is too acidic or too alkaline, whether enzymatic activity in the body is occurring properly, and if digestion and absorption of vitamins, minerals and nutrients is adequate.  It can alert you to the presence of damaging environmental or industrial contaminants, substances that can prove very damaging to your body's delicate chemistry.

Oxidative stress (rH2) values indicate the electron movement of concentration in your system. Stress, poor air quality, food lacking in nutritional value, and lack of aerobic exercise often result in values much higher than optimal.  If these values continue to remain elevated for extended periods of time the body becomes more susceptible to illness, disease, degeneration and premature aging.

Resistivity (r) indicates the gross mineral concentration of your test samples.  If minerals are deficient, enzymatic reactions can not occur properly.  Conversely, an elevation of minerals may result in congestion and stagnation of vital dynamic bodily fluids.

BTA is an invaluable tool in helping to determine where the nutritional disturbances and free radicals lie in your system.  The choice is yours; make the right decision.

Have you ever wondered if you are on the right track to obtaining optimal health?  Are you tired of doctors who only "treat symptoms" and never really reach the underlying cause of illness and physical disfunctions? You are not alone. You are one of the enlightened individuals who need answers and seek a better way.

Dr. Bhardwaj is a BTA practioner.  This means he has joined the rapidly increasing number of physicians across the country and around the world who are using BTA testing to delve deeper into the core level disturbances in biochemistry that may be the true cause of chronic ailments.

By the time you finish reading this information, you will hold the key to unlocking vital factors of your own unique biochemistry.  This information will lead you and your physician to solutions, which will support and restore your state of well being.
